Regarding the March 27th US Senate Committee on Finance letter to you about the massive UNOS data breach:
We, the undersigned transplant patients who are members of that compromised UNOS database and also members of the National support group Transplantnation.blog, demand to know, was our data included in that or any breach?
Specifically, (per Grassley/Wyden’s request:)
. Has UNOS notified the patients who had their data breached? If not, why not? Provide all records.
. How many patients were affected by the data breach and over what period of time? Provide all records.
. How many patient records were accessible during the data breach? How many patient records were actually accessed during the data breach? Provide all records.
. Have you responded to the Finance committe’s request for these answers? If, yes, when? Please furnish a copy as a matter of public record. We will republish.
