after many rejected requests, UNOS finally delivered their medical records belonging to me.

THESE ARE NOT my Dr. submitted petitions and appeals 

This is forgery and marks a pattern and part of ongoing disclosure/transprency issues with UNOS – our nations organ distribution network.

Look at “initial” and “approved” and take note that each date labeled “submited”is different, but the contents are identical. Legally I know, from past exp, that this deliberate and deceptive alteration of a document is considered forgery.
