Dr,
Thanks for your valuable help on this.

All the below are recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

My problems: Memory as documented by Rush Memorial Memory Clinic, Dr Milstead, Dr Boike, and you.

Movement disorder (balance and stride is off but not definitive for Parkinson’s) as documented by Rush who also reconfirmed my Tourette’s Syndrome.

PTSD, not well documented but widely known by past primaries. Brenda Smyck, msw, Seattle, told me i had PTSD which I was very cognizant of. Said my problems with concentration were fairly common amongst ptsd sufferers. Said traumatic environments foster a vigilant, constant hyperactive scanning mind waiting for that next shoe to drop.

Anxiety disorders (e.g., panic disorder, PTSD, OCD) Panic? As I explained – women! OCD, definitely (tourette’s typical), but but never practically documented.

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) Documented by report and by mri ordered by Dr Zee, who said it showed an old, but still visible evidence of traumatic brain injury right where it was expected based on my cognitive findings as documented by UCSF nuero psych dept, and etc…

Learning disabilities (e.g., dyslexia, dyscalculia) Testing shows I have a pronounced processing deficit.

ADHD – sure

Chronic fatigue syndrome – documented by DRS Milstead, Scharle, Boike.

Long COVID (if it substantially limits major life activities) has been suggested by those drs as a possible cause of my chronic fatigue

Tourette syndrome – documented by Rush’s Dr Berg

Sleep disorders (e.g., narcolepsy, severe insomnia) – Doccumented, UCSF sleep disorder cllinic in 2002 and b again by ZEE.

Thanks,
Terry
